DAMP PROBLEMS:

We use a range of proven systems to deal with each case. For the treatment of rising damp a chemical injection to the lower parts of the walls is required, it forms a new membrane which prevents moisture rising into the external walls.

This treatment is the only solution for the long term prevention of rising damp.


 

EXTERIOR COATING:

The Exterior walls are sprayed with our anti fungicide, we then apply our elastomeric coating, which will not chip, fade or peel and is UV resistant, but allows the building to breath.

This gives the external walls protection against penetrating and lateral damp. The coating also contains a thermal barrier, which is not only energy saving, the coating will keep you warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

 

ROOF PROTECTION:

Many roofs in Cyprus have no protection, whatsoever, just bare cement, or thin bitumen, which often breaks down due to the elements.

We offer a complete roof protective membrane which is UV resistant and will totally protect against any water damage.
