UniSeal are a British Weatherproofing Company, who
specialise in Cyprus Exterior Coating, Damp Proof
Courses and Roof Protection, with over 20 years
experience, both in the U.K. and Cyprus.
Many properties on the island suffer from problems with
chipping or flaking paint, as waterproof, elastomeric
long lasting paint is not often applied after build.
Some properties we see have a very poor covering, which
will fade, chip or peel due to the Mediterranean
climate, with extremes of hot, wet and cold weather. Our
External or Internal Coating products are Elastomeric,
which will not chip or peel and will allow your property
to breath, they also contain a Thermal barrier, which
will keep your property warmer in winter and cooler in
summer, not only are they energy saving, the products we
use are also environmentally friendly. We have found
many home owners, all across the Island, encounter
problems of rising damp, due to the fact that prior to
joining the EU. Damp Proof Courses were not always in
the building regulations. Roof areas can cause problems
too, often the roofs are flat in Cyprus; many roofs have
no protective coating and are particularly susceptible
when we get very heavy rain during the Winter.
Our engineers will assess each individual property to
find out the cause of the problem at the source and we
will provide solutions for long term prevention and
cure, as required.
